Spring Calendar *Updated*

UIL Preparation Update - Advanced Bands

In preparation for the upcoming UIL contest, we have begun our weekly after school sectionals. Please check with your student, and the email we sent out, to get all of those dates for your family calendars. Woodwinds will have sectionals each Tuesday, while brass will have sectionals each Wednesday.

Sectionals will last from 3:20 - 4:15 and late busses will be provided to students who need a ride home.

Music passoffs will occur weekly.

Students will have opportunities to have chair tests, challenges and extra help from the directors as we prepare our contest music.

Eligibility will be monitored this six weeks.

All students must meet the state eligibility requirements in order to participate. Please encourage your child to get their work turned in, pass their tests and enjoy being a part of the band team!

PARENTS PLEASE MAKE PLANS TO ATTEND!

Students will need to dress in concert uniform clothing for both events!
